Udaan – A Personal Ascent Course

A week full of learning, laughter, and growth! Udaan – A Personal Ascent Course was designed to help freshers take their first steps towards a meaningful college journey. Through interactive sessions, engaging activities, presentations, and open conversations, students explored powerful themes like self-leadership, creative thinking, decision-making, and navigating the VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous).
The course also focused on building strong inner values – optimism, gratitude, honesty, integrity, ethics, and gender sensitivity – while encouraging the importance of networking in personal and professional life.
From thought-provoking discussions to the energetic Zumba icebreaker, the program was filled with energy, insights, and involvement. Truly a week that gave wings to their journey – a flight towards becoming the best version of themselves.
