On August 15, 2025, HLCC gathered to celebrate the 79th Independence Day of India with dignity and pride. The program commenced at 7:45 AM with the flag hoisting by the Chief Guest, Comdt. Devansh Trivedi, TM (Retd.), Indian Coast Guard. As the Tricolour unfurled, the National Anthem was sung in unison, creating a moment of collective reverence.
The NCC cadets carried forward the spirit of discipline through a Nirikshan presentation, showcasing their coordination and confidence. This was followed by speeches from the General Secretary, the Principal Mona Ma’am, and the Chief Guest, Comdt. Devansh Trivedi. Their addresses not only emphasized the values of freedom, discipline, and responsibility, but also reminded the gathering of the strength and potential of youth in driving positive change. The words of encouragement and reflection created an inspiring atmosphere, leaving the audience motivated to contribute meaningfully towards the progress of the nation.
The cultural segment added vibrance to the occasion. Students expressed their patriotism through heartfelt poetry, graceful dance performances, and soulful music. Each performance highlighted the diversity and creativity that define the HLCC community.
The celebration concluded with the HL Song, sung with pride by the students and faculty, leaving everyone with a sense of unity and inspiration.
