H.L. College of Commerce (Autonomous) organized a two-day expert talk on“Sustainability Reporting: The New Accounting Frontier” for B.Com (Hons.) Banking and Financial Services students on 18th & 19th July 2025. Led by expertspeaker Mr. Darshan Shah (CA, CMA, CPA), the session offered deep insights into sustainable business practices, regulatory frameworks, and corporate responsibility. Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, students explored the shift from profit-only models to purpose-driven, accountable enterprises. The workshop received enthusiastic feedback for its practical and thought-provoking approach and students presented their sustainable start-up pitch at the conclusion of the event.
